VGP is a small, yet dynamic New Orleans-based firm providing Project and Construction Management services from conception to completion. The founding members of the firm had a vision of combining their construction experience with shared values for sound work ethics, efficiency, and a sense of responsibility and reliability to create a firm offering the highest quality service and the most effective project management tactics that assure the firm’s clients that their projects are in the best hands.

Our mission is “to be remembered by each of our clients as their partner of choice.” How do we achieve this? We use our combined skill set and knowledge of the industry from varied perspectives, coupled with acute attention to detail, passion and drive, and not least kindness and respect.

Our personal qualities and determination have been fueled by our backgrounds and appreciation for new opportunities and pursuit of the American Dream. Kiet Vo, the son of Vietnam War refugee immigrants, learned values like perseverance and hard work as a child. Growing up in a humble environment, Kiet witnessed the struggle of his parents to succeed after escaping to America. Kiet’s drive to give back and support his aging parents is the fuel for his continuous success.

Martin Pospisil came to the United States from the Czech Republic at the age of 22, also determined to achieve personal success and give back to his new home. Loren Gallo has dedicated his life to construction. His passion is for building great projects that improve his community and positively impact the region for years to come.

VGP is managed by Kiet Vo (President & CEO) and Martin Pospisil (Executive Vice President). While we are the owners of the firm, we are at our core hands-on construction professionals and project managers delivering the best services.
